SATURDAY 11TH JUNE - 2011
On Solar Saturday 12 homes showcasing solar PV and solar thermal systems will be open across Bristol to visitors wanting to know more about solar energy technologies. For an introduction to Solar Energy click here.
During one hour sessions, which must be booked, householders will share their experiences and demonstrate their systems. Those attending will learn about costs, space requirements, maintenance, metering, adaptation of existing systems and feed in tariffs and the renewable heat incentive. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet the solar suppliers and installers who are our sponsors as they will be present at some of the homes.
Details of the homes are below. Each home has its own case study. To book a place click through to the booking system by each home.
