Renewable energy
Renewable energy is energy which comes from natural resources such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, and geothermal heat, which are renewable (naturally replenished). More renewable energy in the UK means less reliance on energy imports, more jobs and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Using a renewable resource, like the wind or sun, to produce clean, green energy can help to reduce climate change effects and in some cases could even save you money.
As well as working closely with a number of local retrofitting companies Bristol Green Doors also have partnerships with two companies who specialise in renewable energy.
All Good Energy, electricity is renewable. A simple switch to their green energy significantly cuts your home’s carbon footprint and helps the UK towards a future that’s powered purely by renewables. They are investing in new sources of renewable energy production and support a growing community of over 12,000 independent generators across Britain – it’s like buying your electricity from a farmers market not a supermarket.
By changing to South West based Good Energy, you can be part of the clean energy solution needed and get cash to Bristol Green Doors.
